Data Deletion Request

If you have submitted personal information to IB Trading through this website — for example via the contact form — you can ask us to delete it. This page explains how.

1. Email info@ibt.com.bd with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the name and email address you used when you contacted us (this is how we locate your records).
3. Optionally, tell us the approximate date of your submission or the subject of your message, to help us find it faster.

• We will verify the request — normally by replying to the same email address you submitted from.
• Once verified, we will delete the relevant submission records from our contact logs and remove related correspondence from our mailbox, to the extent technically feasible.
• We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and we will confirm when it is done.

Deleted data may remain for a limited period in routine technical backups before those backups are rotated. This is standard practice, and such copies are not used for any purpose.
