    Designing the technical architecture, security foundations, and user experience of the platform.

    Building the customer-facing experiences: discovery, comparison, and purchasing journeys.

  5. AI Feature Development

    Developing AI-assisted search, recommendations, support, and analytics capabilities.

  6. Product Testing and Quality Assurance

    Structured testing for reliability, security, and usability before any public release.

  7. Customer and Seller Onboarding
